Mr. Mayur Batra: A Chartered accountant by profession. Managing Partner of Mayur Batra & Co. involved in rendering value added solutions in the diverse fields of accounting, audit, international taxation, legal advisory etc. to clients national & international.

Mr. S. K. Ahuja: An Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry in managing large teams of international & domestic clients. Expert in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Alliance & Client Relationship Management. Hands on experience in setting up & heading the software development, implementation, project management & operations management for software & ITES organization. Exposure to international practices & has been involved in creating & stabilizing systems & processes. Last position held was the President of a software development & BPO company in India.

Mr. N. P. Sahni: A practicing Advocate & Legal advisor in business laws & tax consultancy. He has a vast experience, expertise & rapport in the filed of International Taxation, Tax Laws, Exchange Control regulation & Mercantile Laws. He is a former senior bureaucrat having held important portfolios such as Vice Chairman Income Tax, Director General of Income Tax (Investigations), Chief Commissioner of Income tax, Joint Secretary (Foreign Tax division), Ministry of Finance (Tax policy & Legislation, Annual Finance bills).

Mr. Stephen Roger: He is the Chairman of the Asia/ Pacific region & is a member of the Worldwide board of BKR International, which is a premier worldwide association of Chartered Accountant & Law firms. He is the founding Chairman of the BKR Walker Wayland National Association Inc. This association was formed in 1990 & now has offices through out Australia & New Zealand.
